\u201cFor where there\u00a0is\u00a0a testament, there must also of necessity be the death of the testator.\u00a0For\u00a0a testament\u00a0is\u00a0in force after men are dead, since it has no power at all while the testator lives.\u201d Hebrews 9:16-17<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of the reasons the devil tries so hard to confuse the church about \u2018the will of God<\/em>\u2019 and shroud it as some mysterious secret, is because he knows the empowerments and the revelation contained in God\u2019s Will is what he has no defense for!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The New Testament is the last Will and Testament of God, and was executed through Jesus, the Son of God, who was appointed Heir of all things (Hebrews 1:2). Everything that is listed as a promise in the Bible concerning we, who believe in Christ, became ours through the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus! That\u2019s when God\u2019s Last Will and Testament became the legal transfer instrument of God\u2019s promises to all who are in Christ! Everything that Adam lost for us in the fall was restored to us through Christ!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If we took the time to actually read the Will, it would literally blow the stained glass windows out of the church and establish us in our Covenant roles as joint-heirs with Christ (Romans 8:16-17), which means that everything that your Father has granted Jesus through His victory over sin, satan, death and the grave, is ours too!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After all, Jesus didn\u2019t do all that just for Himself! He already had everything He would ever need for all eternity! No, His mission was redemption, reconciliation, and restoration of a fallen, broken human race, and to restore to mankind what was lost in the fall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Last Will and Testament (The New Testament) includes your name if you have been born into the family. His death was to give us life! His pain was for our comfort, His humiliation was our honor, His obedience was for the redemption of all our transgressions! His submission to the Father was to restore man\u2019s authority! His sacrifice paid all your debts so you can know that your name is clear before your Father as a joint-heir with Christ!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, for the sake of all He did for us, let\u2019s take some time to really read The Will\u2026 After all, it\u2019s God\u2019s Will for <\/em>YOU!<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
