{"id":6068,"date":"2026-05-27T11:44:37","date_gmt":"2026-05-27T11:44:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/testamentoflove.org\/?p=6068"},"modified":"2026-05-27T11:44:44","modified_gmt":"2026-05-27T11:44:44","slug":"a-new-domain-his-kingdom","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/testamentoflove.org\/index.php\/wow\/word_of_the_week_post\/a-new-domain-his-kingdom\/","title":{"rendered":"A New Domain &#8211; His Kingdom!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>\u201cwho hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son:\u201d Colossians 1:13<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Colossians 1:13 tells us that we have been \u201c\u2026delivered from the power of darkness and have been translated into the kingdom of his dear Son.\u201d This is not something that\u2019s going to take place someday in the future. It is something that has already happened! It occurred when we received Jesus as our Lord and Savior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I know that sounds confusing to many, but the Bible says we are to \u201cwalk by faith and not by sight (2 Cor. 5:7). Walking by faith begins by believing what the Bible says about us regardless of what our physical senses say about us. The scriptures are the mirror that reflects who we really are, what we have, all we can do, and where we are seated in the Kingdom of God. Our domain, as believers, is the Kingdom of God. Jesus said, \u201c\u2026the kingdom of God is within you\u201d (Luke 17:21). The confusion comes when we, who have been translated into God\u2019s Kingdom continue to live after the tradition of men, and by the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ. That\u2019s like playing baseball with football rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When we read the scriptures, we are, in effect, looking into a spiritual mirror. We see that we are new creations and old things have passed away\u201d (2 Corinthians 5:17)! That we have been made alive in Christ and seated together with Him in heavenly places (Ephesians 2:5-6). That we have been blessed with all spiritual blessings in Christ (Ephesians 1:3)! These are just some of the things God says about us, and we need to renew our minds accordingly, and see ourselves the way God talks about us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It\u2019s exciting to learn who we are in Christ, and our position in the Kingdom of God!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jesus said, \u201cI am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved\u2026\u201d (John 10:9) Receiving Jesus as your Lord and Savior is the entrance into your new domain \u2013 the Kingdom of God!
