“Therefore, we ought to give the more earnest heed to the things which we have heard, lest at any time we should let them slip.” Hebrews 2:1
This year TLC began in January with a series entitled Behold… I Give You Power!
We talked about treading confidently over serpents and scorpions and over all the power of the devil; that we have power over fear, power in prayer and power in our words; that we can speak words of life, blessing, strength and power over our lives, words that give our High Priest what He needs to work His power in us.
Our February Series dealt with Decisions That Determine Destinations. We talked about the Wide and Narrow Gates- two possible gates with two possible destinations. We talked about how we have been given the power to declare the end from the beginning and become Word Processors with words of life, healing, faith and prosperity! If we are continuingly processing the Word, we will be free from the world’s fear that destroys. Remember Job 3:25? “For the thing which I greatly feared is come upon me, and that thing which I was afraid of is come upon me.”
This month we are talking about The Power of God’s Mercy!
I believe these series were all to prepare us for this hour and I believe we are dwelling in the secret place of the most High and under the protective shadow of the Father. We have been given manna to sustain us through what is impacting the world right now. While the world remains in darkness, we have the light of life. I believe we need to stand firm on the Word of God, trust in our armor and keep walking forward and expect His promises to protect us and manifest in us!
The real battle is not the virus – it’s the battle of resisting the fear that is vying for our attention and standing in authority over our decision-making process by renewing our minds with the truth that makes us free! When we keep the battle centered in the Word and in the arena of faith, we will win every time because faith is the victory that overcomes the world! I John5:4
