Behold, I am coming quickly! Hold fast what you have, that no one may take your crown.” Rev 3:11
Did you know you have been issued a crown by God? Did you also know that you have the right and the power to keep your crown? Not even the devil can take your crown from you unless you surrender it. In Revelation 3:10, which is the verse just previous to the above verse, Jesus said, “Because you have kept My command to persevere, I also will keep you from the hour of trial which shall come upon the whole world, to test those who dwell on the earth.” This is a time of great trial – and it’s the trial of our faith! It is a battle for your crown! Science cannot back any logic connected to these mandates, whether it be for masks or the ‘jab.’ AND, if it’s not science, it must be something else. There must be some other agenda. When you remove all the smoke and mirrors, it really boils down to a simple question: What do you believe?” That being said, we can clearly understand that this involves two systems of belief, and those beliefs fall into one of two different categories: FAITH or FEAR!
So, we need to ask ourselves some questions. Are the decisions I am about to make based in faith? That is, confidence in God, knowing that the Bible is God’s Word and will for my life? Or, is my decision based on a fear; compelling me to take actions apart from God’s will, instead of trusting God and His promise to be faithful and deliver me from the hour of trial that is happening to the whole world? Jesus wasn’t just speaking words into the air. He was warning us to ‘hold fast to what we have.’ He was telling us that we have something more powerful than the trials we are facing! We have a world-overcoming faith that is powerful enough to overcome the world forces and the pressures that are coming against us! That He who promised is faithful, and, that if we hold fast and persevere, we would be kept from the hour of trial which will come upon the whole world! Rev. 3:10
“He who overcomes, I will make him a pillar in the temple of My God, and he shall go out no more. I will write on him the name of My God and the name of the city of My God, the New Jerusalem, which comes down out of heaven from My God. And I will write on him My new name.” Rev. 3:12
This world is temporary, and it will all pass away. Life here in the earth is all too short. Hebrews 10:35-36 reminds us, “Therefore do not cast away your confidence, which has great reward. For you have need of endurance, so that after you have done the will of God, you may receive the promise.” There are wonderful promises for those who keep their confidence in God! Those who endure, which is to hold fast to what they’ve been given; a crown, a world-overcoming faith, eternal life and an open door into the eternal kingdom! Those who are willing to stand on His Word and see the salvation of their God will see His faithfulness! Jesus said, “Because you have kept My Word of perseverance, I also will keep you from the hour of trial which shall come upon the whole world, to test those who dwell on the earth.” Rev. 3:10
He is with you always!
