“Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.” Luke 17:21
Have you ever felt like you were just a disposable commodity in this world? If you do, then you’ve seen the world for what it is. It places a disposable value on EVERYONE! In contrast, the value God has placed on you carries an eternal, unchangeable and immeasurable value! Even when we fail, are stock doesn’t go down with God! The value He places on us has nothing to do with who we are or what we can do for Him, and it is NOT based on our performance. It’s a value that is placed on us through the accomplishments of Jesus on our behalf! It truly is unconditional love! That love has given us worth, value, equity, and right standing with God through the Blood of Jesus, and it gives us a place in His Kingdom! That Kingdom is REAL! It is here on the earth! And it is accessible to all who are in Christ! Why? Because when Jesus comes into your heart, He brings His Kingdom with Him!
The Kingdom of God has not been consummated in the earth yet, which means it’s not manifest on the earth. One day it will be. That’s why it must be accessed by faith! And that Faith comes to us through the Word of God! That’s why Jesus told us in Matthew 7:24-27, to do His Word!
We see amazing glimpses of the power of the Kingdom of God throughout the Bible, but we see its greatest manifestations in the Ministry of Jesus! Then, at the Last Supper, Jesus made a startling statement! He said, “Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father.” (John 14:12)!
The Kingdom of God operates through God’s Word, and if we abide in His Word and His Word abides in us, we can be sure that His Kingdom power will manifest! Doing the Word is everything! James 1:22 tells us to be Doers of the Word! Jesus told us to be Doers of the Word! Peter said that when we take heed to the Word of God, it will act like a self-fulfilling prophecy of light and revelation to us (II Peter 1:19)! Why? Because the Kingdom of God operates through the His Word, and the Word is the Door by which the Kingdom of God operates through you! That’s how the Kingdom of God manifests through you and abides IN YOU! The value God has placed on you, and the gift of His Word declares an indescribable value, and the Blood that was shed for you is the Proof of your Value to God! After all, the value of anything is based on the price someone is willing to pay for it! You were worth the price to God!
